1. About EV Charge Buddy

EV Charge Buddy is a mobile application that helps electric vehicle owners in Singapore find charging stations, check availability, compare prices, and navigate to chargers.

Service Scope

• Charger location and mapping services
• Real-time availability information (where available)
• Pricing comparison and estimates
• Navigation assistance to charging locations
• Vehicle-specific compatibility filtering

2. User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use EV Charge Buddy only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the app
• Interfere with other users' access or the app's infrastructure
• Use the app while driving in an unsafe manner
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

Charging Decisions

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on app information. Always verify pricing and availability at the charger before charging. The app provides guidance only—you must confirm actual conditions on-site.

3. Data Accuracy & Limitations

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but:

• Availability data may have delays of several minutes
• Pricing information is provided by operators and may change without notice
• Locations and amenities may differ from actual on-site conditions
• Network connectivity is required for real-time updates

We are not liable for discrepancies between app information and actual conditions at charging locations.

4. Intellectual Property

EV Charge Buddy and all its content, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface design and graphics
• Documentation and help content

are owned by Revanton Pte. Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

5. Third-Party Services

EV Charge Buddy integrates with third-party services:

• Map Services: OneMap & MapLibre for map tiles and rendering
• Advertising: Google AdMob for ad serving
• Analytics: Crash reporting for app stability
• Data Sources: Land Transport Authority (LTA), and charging operators

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranty

EV Charge Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or data
• Damages resulting from inability to charge your vehicle
• Issues arising from third-party services or data

Because EV Charge Buddy is a free, ad-supported app, our total liability shall not exceed SGD $1.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revanton Pte. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the app in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Any content or information you submit to us

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EV Charge Buddy at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the app immediately ceases
• Local data (favorites, preferences) remains on your device
• Sections that by nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through:

• App store release notes
• Updates to the "Effective Date" above

Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
